Since setting up his company Nick van Breda Consultancy in 2015, Nick has been helping to organize entrepreneurship and innovation battles, conferences, and innovation festivals. As an ex-game addict, he has managed to turn his life around in a special way and find a connection in his social life. entrepreneurship, to solve a huge problem in society, namely the disconnection between work and happiness at work - almost 90% of the world population did not feel involved (anymore) in his or her work in 2015. After investigating that problem, Nick came up with soon found out that the other way around, however, for entrepreneurs, where 85% get their happiness from their work. Because this problem also played out in Nick's immediate environment, he has made it his personal mission to educate 1 million people before their 30th birthday to Changemakers, enterprising young people who make a social impact with things they like. Currently, organizing playgrounds for innovation (innovation labs within schools, organizations, municipalities), XR events, Hackathons and Innovation sprints 235,000 young people activate and connect and train new technological possibilities, social themes to young talent."
