During my studies I have done many different internships in many
different sectors, and thus have many job applications, because of
this I have noticed that the current application process no longer
works for young people.

I studied commercial economics, but always had a passion for the job
market, I did research on how young people look at the job market in
the university, and from there I started my company together with Cas
Geven and developed the application the 3D vacancy, offering a unique
candidate experience is central.
