Olivia’s mission is to empower people to create and live fulfilling and abundant lives.  As a Coach, she is a change agent for people as they discover what is important to them and create the life they desire. 

As a former Organisational Development practitioner and educator in a leading cultural organisation, people have always been at the heart of Olivia’s work.  She possesses extensive knowledge and has over 10 years of experience in the organisational and talent engagement, management and development space.  She truly cares about people living fulfilled and empowered lives.

Olivia’s commitment to this area of work led her to become a leading member of the team that won the Children In Museum Award in 2018 for excellence in creative and immersive learning experiences.  It is also this same commitment that drove her to become a VR Coach, as part of her continuous personal growth.
