Hello, I'm Britney Drost, and I've been proudly serving as a Mobile Support Worker at FundamentPlus since 2022. Prior to this, my career focused on working with children and teenagers aged 4 to 18 in various settings, including a treatment center, specialized after-school care, and a special primary school.

As a Mobile Support Worker, my approach integrates the powerful combination of sports and virtual reality (VR). Following my completion of the VR coaching training, I primarily utilize VR to engage with young individuals in a user-friendly manner, addressing the challenges and anxieties they may face. By doing so, we aim to alleviate their fears and tensions, ultimately fostering increased self-confidence in their personal growth journey.
