In 2021, Nikesh Mandrekar, together with Cas Geven the founders of Metaverse Solutions, started from a study by Nikesh, about the job market and generation Z, the generation they themselves belong to, with the idea of making the application process more interactive and advising employers about employer branding in relation to generation Z.
Nikesh & Cas found out that new technologies, such as 3D, VR, gamification and AI were still abracadabra for most people. Nikesh & Cas decided to develop their own application, the 3D job vacancy in combination with the 3D CV. With their company Metaverse Solutions, Nikesh and Cas focus on companies that are looking for staff and retail companies. The 3D vacancy is a virutal environment, in which applicants can get acquainted and can practice with activities in engineering, construction, healthcare, hospitality. If someone has gone through the 3D vacancy, then the results are visible on the 3D CV. This makes applying more fun, more accessible and a unique experience for generation Z.
